Dumpster Rental Notes & Policies
Please read carefully. These notes and policies apply to all dumpster rental reservations with NEYC.
1. Weight & Overage Fees
Please note additional weight over maximum allowed will be charged $190.00 ton – prorated. If the debris exceeds the top of the container, an additional fee of $200 will apply.
2. Scheduling
All requests received after 2pm will be processed the next business day. No Sunday deliveries.
3. Extensions
If you wish to extend the pick-up date beyond your originally requested date, you must call the office at 203-284-9972.
4. Prohibited Items
Items not allowed in our dumpsters include: Paint, Stains, and Lacquers. Car and Truck batteries. Car and Truck tires. Hazardous wastes including Asbestos, poisons, pesticides, chemicals, toxins, liquids, flammable items, motor oil and other automotive fluids including gasoline, propane tanks, household cleaners, ink and resins, contaminated soil or absorbents, and medical waste.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your dumpster rental reservation, please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours after booking will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
